Our Order Fulfillment team aims to get your orders out of the door and efficiently shipped as soon as you settle your payment. All weekday orders placed before 3PM PST get promptly shipped out on the same day. We also offer same day shipping for Saturday orders settled on or before 12 noon PST.

Once your orders have been received by our partner delivery services, we provide regular updates on your package’s status through e-mail.
Usually, orders should arrive within 2-3 business days from ship out. However, lea time may extend depending on various factors including but not limited to weather conditions, USPS policy changes, and delays outside of our control.
Do note that we may not be capable of shipping or kratom to certain cities, counties, and states due to regulations and limitations. If you’re unable to select your location when placing an order, check with your local guidelines to verify the legal status of kratom in your area.
We are not responsible for any delays that occur once your orders have been shipped from our offices. All of our packages are shipped through USPS Priority which provides an estimated delivery time of 2-3 days.
However, USPS may experience delivery delays due to any number of reasons including weather conditions, delivery volume, and various other factors affecting their packaging processing and delivery schedules.
Once your package has been handed to USPS, we may no longer accommodate cancellation requests. However, in cases of extreme delays (amounting to one week or more), we encourage our customers to reach out to our Customer Support team for assistance.
To protect your privacy, we package all of your orders in discreet, generic, shipping boxes issued by USPS to our company. We also make no mention of kratom on any labels, logos, and waybills.
For the security of your products, we carefully prepare each package, paying careful attention to the safety of your purchase to prevent damage during transit. Kratom products come in resealable air-tight packages and should arrive at your doorstep sealed and secure.
If you receive a tampered or otherwise unsealed kratom package, promptly take photos and videos of the product and forward your concern to our Customer Support team.
Once you place your order and make your payment, we assign your package a unique USPS tracking number which will be sent to your registered e-mail address. You can use this unique code to determine the status of your shipment.
You can enter your tracking number trough the USPS tracking tool to determine its whereabouts. While you may reach out to us regarding your shipment’s present location, we can’t provide any more accurate information or details about its status than what’s shown through the USPS tracking tool.

Our Order Fulfillment team exercises every effort to accommodate special requests indicated in the notes section of the order form. However, we can’t ship to addresses or persons listed under the order notes.
If after placing an order, you notice errors in shipping address details, promptly reach out to our Customer Support team to make the necessary changes. Do note however that once an order has been shipped to the address indicated in your transaction form, we are no longer able to perform any changes.
